The world is moving towards IFRS. It’s a safe bet that multinational corporations are filing consolidated statements using IFRS. However, I have seen several companies use Canadian GAAP for Canadian operations, UK GAAP for the United Kingdom, Hong Kong GAAP for Hong Kong, etc.
