I have to do a research for University: where can I find complete information about accounting rules for…?

I need to know EVERYTHING about accounting standards as well as manners for those companies which have been listed both upon NYSE as well as alternative European Exchange Markets, in sold Italian Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA, aka Telematic Stocks Market). I know which Italian listed companies have to hope for their monetary matter according with the IFRS standards. And I know which companies listed upon the NYSE have to settle it with the US Gaap standards.
But what those association which have been listed in both markets do? Do they hope for dual opposite monetary statements? Where can I find finish report upon this problem? I looked upon the NYSE as well as SEC websites, but anticipating anything…
