CAN A FOUNDATION OR NON PROFIT MAKE AN INVESTMENT INTO A PRIVATE COMPANY?

That’s what endowment funds are all about. They have rules that they have to follow in order to maintain their non-profit status, but that’s not your problem. From your point of view, an investor is an investor.

Yep we have a few non profit organizations that are clients and they invest into the free market! So buy if your capital is good, I question that!
