IS THERE A REAL ESTATE GURU OUT THERE? IS THE PPURCHASE OF A 1 BEDROOM CONDO A GOOD INVESTMENT?

I could find 2 bed rooms, though they have been not tighten to open transportation.

I find the 1 room which is accessible; the complaint is which I am not seaside if I starting to have the complaint when I try to sell it the couple of years from know.

If you are willing to buy it you can be rest assured that someone else will, but you can always rent it out to and use the equity for a downpayment on a new place.

The three magic words. location, location, and location. P.S. don’t for get to see what the projected maintenance fees look like for at least 10 years. Of course it should be a fee simple purchase, no lease hold.
