Trying to get health care for everybody isn’t “For the People”, I guess. Apparently, allowing private insurance companies to have their own death panels by deciding whether or not you are too expensive to keep alive, is.

What they don’t understand is that the health care bill isn’t “getting” everyone insurance, its “forcing” everyone to pay for it.
they believe they won’t pay for it. Sure, the lower income people won’t pay for it or will pay very little, but the upper middle class will pay dearly. They will be paying at least 20,000 dollars a year for their families. They don’t know this because the news is trying to keep them from this fact. They NEVER talk about the tax table on page 137. If you make over 23,000 grand a year you WILL pay for your health insurance (this is for a family of 3), and it doesn’t cover most pharmaceutical, dental, or vision. AND you are responsible for 30% of the cost. 20,000 isn’t a lot when you factor in the cost of doctors visits and co-pays, but that figure doesn’t include that either. You still PAY for that with a co-pay too. And you still pay for dental, vision, and anything else the health commisioner decides you should pay for after the bill passes. This is nothing more than a mandatory health care bill that will trap everyone into getting health insurance without the power to negotiate.
If you don’t get a claim approved you have to file a greviance with the health panel ran by government officials. How successful do you that will be?
It is based off of the Federal Poverty line, so single people pay more than families AND it is exponential, meaning that once you cap at 400% you will pay 11% of your income. FPL for a single individual is only around 10,000 grand a year.
Imagine if you are making 150,000 a year. 11% of your income is 16,500 a year. That’s alot of money for just a regular insurance plan that has co-pay with no dental or vision. What a sham. If you are single you will pay that same amount as a person with a wife and three kids. How fair is that. I don’t want to take care of someone elses children. Thats not a fair share of what my cost of health is too the system.
Tell me, what do you think will happen to the economy when the middle classes start to miss 10,000 to 30,000 dollars a year from their pay AFTER taxes and still have to pay co-payments. I hope you guys are making plans to have at least an extra 1000 dollars a month handy cause big brother is about to get his share.
