I graduated with the BBA in Finance as well as after working/interning for rounded off 7 years in the couple of happening 500 companies, I satisfied this is not where I prognosticate myself long-term. I’m twenty-three as well as would unequivocally similar to to know some-more about removing in to the Pharm.D program. Would I need to take the GREs to be certified in to the MS module first? Are there any courses I could potentially take now? What’s the timing of this all… could I presumably request for tumble 2010 now? Or would it be most appropriate to take the couple of courses right away as well as request subsequent year in 2011?
What do we consider pharm.D students, alumni, career transitioners? Is it as well late for me?
Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I am not sure about needing a masters, but you will need quite a few pre-reqs in undergrad science for the PharmD program as well as the Pharm admit exam (PSAT). You would need to enroll in the pre-reqs & depending on where you are in science–that could take 2+ years as many of those have their own pre-reqs. Then the PSAT and then apply to pharmacy school.
It depends on the courses you’ve already taken. In order to get into pharmacy school you need to have about 2 years of pre pharm completed (and most schools need for you to have certain preq). If you already have those classes you need for qualify for pharmacy school then you need to take the PCAT. After taking the PCAT if you do well you can apply for pharmacy school and then if accepted you have to go through 4 years of school and then just take your boards. If you already have your classes completed and take your PCAT quickly you maybe able to get accepted to the fall 2010 class but I would recommend taking some PCAT classes and making sure your do really well on the exam and wait for 2011 because it is so competitive to get into pharmacy school. GOOD LUCK
