I would similar to to work for myself though but financing as well as plain commercial operation devise which doesn’t appear as viable as I have dreamed for so prolonged it would. Well there are several different ways to making a complete transition into the career you want.

Options:

If your career requires some sort of certification, licensure, degree, consider exploring career programs to get the training you need.

If you want to do something real estate related, such as home inspection, mortgage brokering, appraising, home staging, look at those careers in depth and also more importantly look at the demand in your local area. The real estate market is strained but there are still areas and markets that are increasing in buyers.

Work part time in your field of choice or volunteer. Perform some informational interviews to stimulate your interest. You can do it!

To start your business does not take a lot of money, you have to know how to start from scratch, make a marketing plan, develop a product and get some support behind your belt.

To be honest many years ago, I decided I wasn’t going to any type of physical labor and I didn’t. Of course I thought I would like finance and I enlisted in army for finance. Not what I expected it was just a plain payroll clerk job. Stuck with military and sought other jobs and finally retired.
