FINANCING A START-UP COMPANY – ANGEL INVESTORS?

I have the purebred obvious tentative product, proposed an LLC as well as have created the twenty-six page commercial operation devise with the 7 page minute selling devise for my business. I’m seeking for financing as well as have been celebration of the mass about Angel Investors, SBA loans, bank loans as well as try capitalists. The usually financier organisation I can’t find most report upon have been Angel Investors. Does any one know how to go about locating Angel Investors? Is it first by word of mouth or have been there groups or societies which I can write to? Thanks!

Many of the time you can find Angel Investors forming a group and investing into business as a whole.

Here’s a link to an association of angel investor networks: http://www.angelcapitalassociation.org/dir_directory/directory.aspx

I would recommend checking out that link, finding one near your area or target area first and researching them. You’ll be able to that particular angel investors’ group page and find more information about them and get a contact. Then just go from there. Keep in mind, you don’t really have to get an angel investor in your area. You can contact anyone in the US that would be will to invest into your idea.

Word of mouth would be best because then you would have some sort of existing tie, but that doesn’t guarantee you any investments. If you want to look for more associations, just simply to go search engines and search up “angel investors (insert whatever you’re looking for here, ex. groups, associations, organizations, etc.).

Also be sure to check out their events for possible social networking events. That would be a good way to introduce yourself, trade business cards and make new contacts that can possibly help.

If you don’t know much about angel investors, I would recommend that you do more research on them before you try to pursue them as their terms and agreement differs from other capital investors.

Hope that helps and good luck!
