What about something in the field of psychology. Sounds to me like you are a people’s person so why not think about that.
You don’t have to be a whiz at higher level math to succeed in finance (though you do need a working knowledge of calc, stats, and economics). However, it’s not a field that encourages a lot of friendly social interaction; at the higher levels, it can be downright cutthroat.
As I don’t get the sense you’ve taken any formal classes or had any internships yet, take introductory classes in all areas of business as well as electives in other fields that interest you when you get to college and see what really grabs your interest before picking a specialization. If I were going to try and steer you in a particular direction based on what’s here, I’d suggest HR or market research, but it’s possible your real destiny is as a professor of Japanese literature. You’re never going to have this kind of freedom to explore again, so enjoy it before you settle into a career track.
You might be more interested in high risks investments. It pretty much nails all of your lists minus Japanese culture, but learning it will look great on your resume anyway! You could also aim towards being a director of financing somewhere (hotel, corporation, etc) and plan projects, organize events. Most director of finance jobs entail planning in the title.
