Camp ground, RV park, etc are all good choices. However, work at one before you “buy in” to the idea.
Any business that your husband and you have an interest in. I am a self-employed cabinetmaker/custom builder and that’s what I’ve done for the last 25 years…building things for businesses mostly…cabinets, countertops, displays, fixtures, etc. However, one or both of you will have to deal with the sales aspect of any business which, when just getting started, can be the most difficult…selling yourself.
