Control. Its all about control. Look at Chrysler and GM. In the same spot they would have been in without any bail out money, in fact worse off. The Constitution calls only for a ten year count of citizens. I suggest you make sure this is legitimate before submitting it. Several years ago I owned a small business and received a phone call once a month from some federal government agency and was told I was required by law to give them certain information. I completely made up from thin air every piece of information I gave them. I maintain that YOUR business is none of THEIR business aside from that related to taxes, etc.
