Most operations jobs have some sort of hourly or salary. Marketing, HR, Compliance.
Your basic office jobs are not commisioned based. Loan Officers and some Management positions above Loan Officers are more likely to be salary/commision based. Any other sales jobs, possibly some retail bank positions, all banks are different, but this is probably about it.
Here: processors, underwriters, compliance, admin. assistants, lawyers, executives, hr, trainers, appraisal, loss prevention…
Sales commision pay is standard for any industry, not just banking…
Non commissioned positions include:

Loan Processor
Operations Manager
Document Preparations
Secondary Marketing positions
