Does any one know the specific skills we would need to work upon the derivatives table as an focus develper/ pricing as well as risk government tools. I’m seeking to begin guidance as well as wish to have certain Im study the right stuff.

try to use some more advanced and professional like Mathematica, SAS, Matlap,……… they are excellent programs with a lot of functions and applications in finance ( options, futures, financial time series, portfolio management…….)
learn them and then you will find them easy to drive..!!
Make friends with lots of actuaries so you can have some contacts that can help you with esoteric mathematics. I would also definitely brush up on XML and ADO. You’ll probably need to familiarize yourself with both of those in order to do this job well.
