The automotive traffic necessity is approaching to strech $8 billion this year. Canadian Auto Workers kinship says this could spell disaster. Japan is the main culprit. What governments need to do is impose trariffs and quotas on imports to protect the domestic market. I wish the US would slap on 100% duty on imports. This would force the other country to a) reduce production costs, b) manufacture on US soil, or c) go elsewhere. A good rule of thumb to remember is to think like this when the US sneezes, europe catches the cold, and Canada has the flu.
