Study tips: study while you are at the gym on the treadmill or bicycle or during breaks. This will leave you more time to sleep or relax later on during the day or night. Rest is not the same as relaxation and it sounds like you’ll need both. Do your work during the week so that you can have majority of your weekends free. If you go back over your notes on a daily basis, it will cut down the amount of time you need to take studying.
As far as lectures go; we know they are boring. The best way to combat that is to not let your head go to close to your notebook or paper or whatnot. Take many notes, this will help you stay awake if you become too overwhelmed.
Other tips that might help you is to stay focused as much as possible, it sounds like you might already take care of yourself physically, so keep that up with exercise and a healthy diet, take time for YOU on occasion even if it’s for just five minutes a day, try to balance your time between studying and what I like to call “hobby time,” and if you find you are getting a little too stressed out, just take a few moments to unwind and get some comedy in your life. This will re-energize you and give you another start.
