Find out what people are buying, because where money is spent is where profit can be made. Buying of product increases earnings. Earnings drives demand for investment.
What is hot for today, in the news that people think they need to spend on or get the government to ? What do people want tomorrow? What do they need? What causes are governments and large organizations funding?
Where are the big investors going, not where have they gone. You have to get there before they do, then their investments drive up the price of the stock hence your investment, because they have a lot more money to move than you do and can influence the price per share more than you do.
When the price of a stock goes up, there are more buyers than there are sellers. Where do these investors come from? Where are they getting their ideas?
