I proposed work October 5th, though i dont know when i will get paid, this is the draft down here to show?
I proposed operative October 15, as well as you have been paid each dual weeks. When will I get paid next. Its says compensate duration finale October 15

Some companies may hold back one or two weeks pay (I haven o idea why) but if not, you should get your first check on or right after the 15th of Oct. Since the 31st is on a Saturday, you might get your check on the 30th or the following Monday depending on that company’s policy.
You will get your first paycheck not more than 3 weeks after you start. Usually, pay periods end 1 week before a payday. The following week is used to process paychecks for distribution on Friday.
If you start work at the beginning of the pay period, you’ll get a full check. If you start work in the middle of the pay period, you’ll get a short check becuse you would not have worked the full pay period.
