I wouldn’t. Your staff isn’t that durable. Mussina, Johnson, Mulder either are hurt was or will be. Willis always has a terrible second half. Keep your pitchers they are more important than hitters
Do it yesterday; Bonds is going to have a big year to shut up all the haters. See if Carmona (p – Cleveland) is still available; he is pitching like an all-star.
None, your pitching team’s not deep enough to trade him, keep him just in case another pitcher gets hurt and put him in for the injury started and your team will take off on the road towards glory and beyond, so you’ll need to try some infielders that who you think it’s going to slow your team down and get them in a trade for Barry “The Hurricane” Bonds and you team will be better off with you keep the pitchers right where they’re at right now!
Nope – your pitching is not deep enough to give away Sheets. And if it was, you would want to get a player who you will know you can plug in and have him in the lineup. Bonds’ unpredictability as far as when he is/isn’t in the lineup creates more headaches than he is worth, unless your league counts OBP, SLG or OPS. Willis has not been good, Mussina is up and down, Mulder & Martinez are DL’ed and who knows what they will contribute if anything, and I think everyone who has Meche is enjoying the ride for now, but waiting for the other shoe to drop.
That’s a toughy. Sheets is a lot to give up even for Bonds. Do you need help offensively that bad? Your SP isn’t all that young and healthy.
If you pull the trigger, get Carmona or Lincecum or Shields, (TB) if they are still out there. You need SP help with Sheets, let alone without him.
