Look into Hospitals and nursing homes as part of your client base. Government buildings is also a good business client. Health clubs and spas need constant cleaning. Go for clients that need constant cleaning not periodic cleaning. Most buildings, hospitals, spas outsource their janitorial work. Good luck
I clean small offices and totally agree with the other answer…target businesses that must have clean spaces. You’d be surprised how many our unhappy with the cleaning company they use now. Believe it or not, funeral homes are also a good target. Realty companies are hard to get work from-they’re cheap. But if you want to do private homes, placing advertisements and business cards at gyms and country clubs are great, after all, the members can afford the fees, so they can afford you.
