I do not believe that your question can be answered here. There is too much info that can be giving. Best advise I can give you is to take a small business class at your local community college. Depending on tuition, the cost of the class should run about $300 and you don’t have to sign up for a degree. This class should give you enough information about everything that you mentioned plus more. I will give some links that will help you get started. Please consider calling your local SBA. Ask lots of questions and if un answered…ask who can.

Good Luck

Hello
I used the local councils information services. They offer free start-up courses and lots of info. Some banks offer good packs. The local courses offer fantastic information, I also went to some cheap evening courses at around £20 a pop.
Now I have been in business for a few years I have realised a Business Plan has been the most important thing I have done, may sound boring but creating a list of everything you need to do and following each item up on a daily basis is the best thing you can do. A lot of companies update their plan/list each week.
