Would you hire minorities in your business? if so then you can apply for a grant. Without a proven business track record, you are not likely to get a loan of 160,000 – Banks notoriously only wish to loan money to people who don’t need it. You can form your business with Partners or get a loan from a family member or use your home for collateral to get cash for your business.
If you have a good business plan (100 hours worth of work, on average) you don’t need experience. Just get some experienced employees lined up, and you can tell a lender, “See, here is my business plan. As you can see, the business is projected to make x dollars in five years. And I have these people (here are their resumes) who have committed to work for me, to help me run the business.”
