if you mean to take money and rent a building or part of a building, fashion out an orthodontic office and lease it to an orthodontist, i don’t think a business class would be legally necessary. BUT it would help to know what you are doing to optomize your profit from a proper lease. you want to extract as much money (profit) from the occupant as possible without pricing yourself out of the market. will the orthodontist be responsible for lease-hold improvement, or you? down to basics like utilities? an education (not a degree) will ALWAYS help!
You don’t really need to but it could help taking at least a few basic accounting courses. Otherwise, most small business owners just outsource their book keeping and financials to third parties..put a CPA on retainer. The point being here though that you want to know what they’re doing with your money rather than being completely ignorant about what’s going on financially… else this could bite you on the a** if things go wrong.
