trade Thome and Visquell… you can trade Willis too, but don’t give him for nothing due to his harsh start.

trade lopez away crosby too maybe even visquel even though he’s doing okay try and trade lopez for martinez but I personally would never trade you or anyone what I mean is Martinez is a GREAT PLAYER I don’t think anyone will be willing to trade him away unless you offer them hudson or willis BY THE WAY FIGURE IT ON YOUR OWN

Josh Willingham should be easy to get. If he is not available on the waiver wire, find the guy who has him and offer Dontrelle Willis. It looks like Willis is having a down year, struggling mightily. More than likely, the guy who has him will see Willis and think he is getting a steal, but…that is not the case. Willingham is listed as a C/OF in most leagues. You should be able to play him at catcher and fill that need even though he plays mostly outfield.

Starting pitching…my first piece of advice here is to check the waiver wire and IF F. Liriano(Twins) is available, GRAB HIM!! He is on his way to the rotation for the Twins and he will bring you a LOT of strikeouts and make up for the loss of Willis(if you trade him). If he is not available…again, check the waiver wire. There are a lot of good pitchers this year and I know there are some remaining on the waiver wire for you to pick up. J. Washburn and J. Thomson come to mind.

Good Luck.

Re: Is this a good trade…ABSOLUTELY. If you can pull that trade off, what a steal for you. You will be very happy you made that trade come the end of the year.

Is F. Rodriguez and Willingham for Bonds and Willis a good trade? DO IT! I doubt it would be accepted but it would work out very well for you. You get what you want, and they get Bonds (health issue, and overrated fantasy player) and Willis who looks horrible.

Having that said, i think willingham should be your everyday catcher and not an outfield player as getting martinez is extremely hard in most leagues.

Possible players to trade for: Vernon Wells, Chris Carpenter and Travis Hafner.

Players you may want to consider: Felipe Lopez (same as Iguchi except 16 steals and ss eligibility) and Casey Blake.

Players to trade away: Francoeur and Alou (out 4-6 weeks, which is a long time in a fantasy league)

your trade is great!
you are to need pitching because chacin is going on the DL. also, willis is pitching awful so trade him. you need 1 more RL pitcher.
if the twins pitching continues to be bad look for liriano to make the rotation. he is good.
i would drop/trade j. lopez and try to pick up martinez(indians), mauer(twins), or mcann(braves) at C.
i would drop/trade crosby for a pitcher such as kazmir or weathers.
i would try to pick up young(p) of san diego
i would try to pick up lopez-2nd/ss(reds) to replace vidro
i would drop/trade francouer and bonds to pick up either dye, beckman, blake, hawpe, atkins, swisher, mench, sizemore, young of tx.(ss) or gomes.
