I know which the little of the mandate to get approved as the lady owned commercial operation have been monetary statements, leases as well as explanation of past operations underneath womanlike direction. What if I am only starting the business? There have been no prior monetary statements as well as I intend to work out of my own house. Can I still be approved as the lady owned business? I am in IL if it creates any difference.

When you register the name of your business with the state and when you apply for an EIN they ask for the name of the owner/principle plus the business name.
So if the business is registered as Susie Smith dba Susie’s Cookie Shop then obviously it is a business owned by a female.
