I have used zecco and scottrade. Zecco is a good choice for free trades or low cost. not the best online brokerage for sure. but good for the commissions. Keep $2500 in and ten free trades a month. Otherwise 4.50 equity trades and options.
Zecco is one of the worst brokers. Scottrade is “OK”. Neither does what you want.

The platform is one of the more difficult to learn. Their pricing is among the best. I like ThinkOrSwim better…. but… they don’t have the international exposure you’re looking for.
InteractiveBrokers is your best bet. Their platform looks complex to the novice but if your a serious trader it has all the info you need to trade effectively and cheaply. Commissions are the cheapest around.
If you like to trade options, Thinkorswim is great. It has a powerful analysis page that will tell you you exact profit and loss. Commissions are comparable to most brokerages because it will match most brokerages. They also have weekly conference call that talk about their platform and trading ideas.
