HOW CAN I OPEN MY OWN BUSINESS WITHOUT PEOPLE BEING ABLE TO FIND OUT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS?

I would similar to to begin my own business, though I do not wish people to know which I am the owners of the company. Is there the approach for me to satrt the commercial operation as well as have my name undisclosed or can I use an alias?

Sorry, but company ownership is something that is public information, all you have to do is pull up your county’s website, and more than likely the record can be found.

I have had this dilema before – If you have applied for any type of business lic or registered your co name , ins , bonding etc its goinfg to require your name . There is no way to have the above in your name and it be hidden . he owner of company is typically public knowledge .

Your options are put the name of the business in a friends name or possibly your mother someone you cvan trust and you run it under an alias .or take on the name of the person temp when dealing with customers .

The average competitor or current employer will not go so far as to go the the public records office to find out info , but better safe than sorry for the first yr or so .

I have to do this nyself and it worked out great , I now have my own business for 12 yrs and the first 16 months was under my friends name …..good luck

First of all, to get a business license, you’ll have to provide your name. It will become part of the public record in the state, county and city where you live. That will be a fact of business life.

Secondly, why are you wanting to hide your identity? As a business owner, I would be very suspect of anyone hiding his identity and doing business with him. I certainly wouldn’t do business with you because I don’t trust people who are trying to hide something.
