You should ask for an addtl player like Hudson, because Reyes gets stolen bases like no other and at some point I think Fielder will quiet down a little.

I would say it is a pretty fair trade for both sides. The only problem you face is that you are losing SB’s. You have to see where you stand in SB’s and how losing Reyes will affect your standing in that category. Aside from that, you need to compare where you stand in HR’s and RBI’s, because that is where you will be gaining the most. If you are significantly behind in these categories, it is worth doing because these players will add many points there.
I say u reject this trade- Jose reyes is just way to cositent to giveaway- with his speed he is to valuable. Konerko has had a home run derby in 10 of his past 15 games hes on fire- and vlad and beltre r definitley goona pik it up when it comes down to the stretch cuz they r in the same divison. Fielders in a slump and sheff has too much outside life with steroids and racism that is affecting his play latley. So do not do this trade trust me
If there is a somewhat decent SS on the waiver wire i would do it in a second. Because it is a points league you don’t have to worry about the loss in SB. It is completely slanted towards you.
A Rod —-> Reyes
Sheffield —-> Vladdy
Fielder —-> Konerko
Nothing <—– Beltre

Since you are in a points league you are definately getting the benefit.
Arod has been a monster in any type league. Fielder is a big point producer and so is Sheff.
Reyes is worth more in a roto league than a point league. While of course it sucks giving up Vlad you are getting more enough back. Konerko is good but what happens if he goes on another april/may slump….
I consider Beltre almost worthless considering you are getting Arod for 3rd…
Also think you are giving Konerko away for free since he is on your bench. With all your additions you can trade either Delgado or Byrnes for a high quality SS!
