I live upon the tiny island as well as work in the tiny A/C business, however given not long ago there has been an liquid of similar to businesses. However they have been charity costs which have been so low the silly as well as creates it formidable for alternative businesses. How can this commercial operation sojourn competitive, say the commercial operation as well as additionally get brand new clients, as well as still have the profit? Taking in to care the assorted losses of using the business. (only critical answers required)

If they can do it, so can you. Cut your costs somehow or go after new customers.
This is something that has been happening since the 60’s. And one of the best examples is WalMart. WalMart pretty much kicked every mom and pop shop out of the water because WalMart’s super low prices were virtually impossible to match. Mom and Pops would end up making no profit whatsoever.
So what you have to do is first look at your whole business. How does it run? How does it operate: from clients reaching you, to you conducting whatever service you offer, to finishing an order. What you must focus on is reducing costs.
One of the major examples I can give you is Geico Insurance. Geico doesn’t have brick-and-mortar Geico offices. You do everything online. This is a major expense that Geico didn’t have to worry about. They don’t hire low-level employees, they don’t pay for land or rent fees for the shops. They just run advertising and tell you to do everything on Geico.com.
For a business to remain competitive, also, it must focus on what it can do effectively and quickly, rather than to focus on what it takes a long time to do.
But this is half-right. If you can fix 100 A/Cs in one hour, you can charge a really small fee.
If you take three hours for an industrial-type of A/C, then you charge more, but making sure that the same profit applies during the time spent (3 hours, 300 A/Cs)
So you can go either way.
Therefore, decide what you’re good at. What you are really good at. And focus on that, and emphasize that as one of your services.
To maintain customers you must relate to customers on a personal level. I know of a lot of companies with customers who are willing to pay more, even with lower prices from the competition, simply because of a great relationship between business and client. So it’s all about personal relationships on that one.
And to make a profit: diversify. You need to look beyond your business. I know of a computer cafe where the owner decided to put a vending machine. It turns out, every person who rented a computer didn’t buy from the cafe because they perceived they would spend more money. They would rather buy 3 bags of chips for a dollar each, than one back of chips and a ready-made sandwich for $2.99 at the deli.
A/C deals with cooling devices. Maybe refrigerators and any type of related equipment could be something you should focus on.
Sorry if this doesn’t help. I just thought I should give you my two cents.
