I’m not reception fee bills, (pretty important) as well as by the yahoo assistance I’m not removing the answers I need. Does any one out there know how to concede emails by your spam comment as well as if so can we give me the step by step. I’d conclude it as well as you’d save me an additional late charge. In alternative difference it goes to my spam even yet they have my email address.

Turn off spam blocker or add their email to your list of friends or look in your spam folder
Open your BULK folder, and it will show you the option:
SpamGuard is ON: [Edit Settings - What's This?]
With SpamGuard turned on, Yahoo! Mail will deliver suspected spam to this folder and delete them after one month.
Click on the: edit settings and it will show options you need:
Mark Spam + Not Spam
When I mark a message as Spam, in addition to deleting the message:
Add the sender’s email address to my blocked addresses list
When I mark a message in the Bulk folder as Not Spam:
Move the message to my Inbox
Add that email to the address book.
