eat lots of salad and drink water. Do cardio workouts like running jogging swimming and riding bikes. then shell get toned.
Here’s five things that will definitely help:
– Go for a walk, bicycle ride, or rollerblading every day
– Don’t snack when you aren’t *actually* hungry
– Incorporate vegetables into all your meals
– Don’t eat sugary anything or fast food
– Drink lots of water
since its summer maybe she could run every morning and just eat alot of fruits and vegies. anything junk needs to be left alone. i can see you have alot of children cuz of ur name so maybe depending on the ages someone could help and run with her and help modivate her. also, since you have alot of children (im guessing there are some very young ones maybe?) idk.. but if they dont mind (because yea, young children do like junk food. like candy and stuff, if possible, remove everything junk in your house so she is never tempted. and dont eat out! if your house is filled with healthy foods she wont have a choice but to eat well.
Okay well I would suggest eating about 1400 calories a day. I would also start exercising about 3-4 times a week of cardio for 40 minutes. Here is a meal plan that could be useful
Breakfast: 1 serving of special K with skim milk, 1 light dannon yogurt
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: 1 turkey sandwich, 100 calorie oreo pack, orange
Snack: 1 balance bar
Dinner: healthy choice meal
Dessert: 1 light yoplait yogurt
Remember to measure everything out, serving sizes are a key. If it says 1 cup of cereal do a cup because you might think u are eating a serving but servings are much smaller than we think. Hope this helps and good luck
