I am formulation to have my own website as well as sell beauty products such as feign eyelashes, feign spike sets, as well as alternative products upon there, around e-carts, paypal, etc. Is there such thing as wanting the commercial operation permit for this? And if there is, is it mandatory?

At least in the US, you may need a license to operate a home business. Here you would check the laws of your local government. It might be the same in Canada, but I don’t know.
Its not required, but is actually the smart thing to do.
You want to shield yourself from liability should things go bad, and doing this privately is RISKY….
