There are very, very few grants available for start up businesses. In fact, I’m not aware of any that are currently available.

Rent will depend entirely on the location and amount of space for the business. For instance, many malls will rent to people who just want to set up a kiosk, and the rent for such a business will be much, much lower than the rent for a multi-story anchor store space. And even then, most rents can be negotiated. Many businesses rent a space in a warehouse or business center, and again, the rent will vary according to the location and amount of space and how good the renter or his agent is at negotiating things.

You will have to track down your own answer. First, decide what sort of business you’re going into. Then you need to find out how much space you need, and where. For instance, I own a used book store, and part of the reason I’m located where I am is because the area is somewhat unfashionable, and so the rent is low. I need a lot of space because my merchandise is bulky, and my customers need space to browse the shelves.

I have income generating projects like venue decoration, jewelery making, art bags, nursery bed. After the training previous week, on 10/3/2010 am planning to take on a business class on candle making and start my own. the rent for business house is 60$. in other words, I believe these businesses will make me one of the role models in my country and world wide.
