COLD CALLERS AND SALES PEOPLE…WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS AND TRICKS ON CLOSING DEALS?

I only got behind in to the copier as well as bureau apparatus sales as well as leasing diversion again after the twenty-two year hiatus. I was the large shot behind then. Now, things have altered as well as I’m not smoking most anymore. What brand new things have we been you do to land, tighten as well as get people to open up their wallets, generally those large commercial operation accounts?

You should have a network of related service industries that you can use to attain business. A great start is your local non-profits, like community economic development organizations, banks, office supply dealers and networking groups.

Sorry, but…smooth talkers…are OUT !!….we homers dont answer our doors now to doorknockers cold calling…havn’t you heard, the salespeople now are equiped with a gprs tracking device and have signed contracts to spy on us homers and our lives and surroundings…..Salespersons…NOT WELCOME HERE !!!

I have a rather old fashioned approach. I make them comfortable, feel confident in my product and my service, gain their trust and offer great communication and follow up.
Also just good old fashioned persistence is always key.
