Its easy to open a savings account in Spore, I am a foreigner myself.
Just go to the bank, bring your passport, fill up the form, your postal address must be in Spore. As simple as that.
Foreigners need a minimum initial deposit of S$500 to open a Savings Account. You can apply for e-banking and ATM card.
Foreigners can easily open saving accounts with any commercial banks in Singapore. The documents required are International passport and Id.
