HOW CAN A BUSINESS BE LICENSED IN ONE STATE AND OPERATE IN A DIFFERENT STATE?

When the commercial operation forms itself underneath a single State (Say Delaware) though operates in an one more (Say California or Hawaii), is there one more paperwork? How does it get governed as well as who gets the companies taxes?

The company registers to do business in other states, usually through the secretary of state’s office. The laws of the state apply to the business. It’s taxed on the percentage of it’s profits that come from each state – it files in every state in which it foes business.
