Yes in general but it is worth checking what the items are and then going onto ebay and seeing how many are already advertised on there and at what price. You can also see how quick they sell. This should help you work out how good an opportunity it really is.
Your real job will be packing and shipping many packages, and many visits to the post office. You have to hope the margin you make is worth your time and effort.
If you specialize in a certain product category, than you can be successful if you are adding a certain value (for example good product descriptions). But be cautious, some areas like electronics are highly competitive, your margin would be too low and therefore the engagement too risky.
