We have had a good year. Better than last year by about 20%. We added some new products and eliminated some that didn’t seel so well. Our business is strictly on line. We have picked up some international customers this past year and that has worked out well.
At the beginning of this holiday season we started offering discounts for combined orders and started a preferred customer list. We have a mailing list that customers can join. This offers first or early views of new items and also has discount offers on items before they are listed on the web sites.
We do plan to increase our advertising this year. Also a hard copy catologue for the local area.
We are also adding a few new categories of items that we tried and seem to be popular.

Depends on what kind of business. I have a website so i would upload more information and tell more people to know and use my website that also helps to improve my revenue.

I have also realized a 20+% increase in my business. Last year was a 20% drop, so I am back to where I was in 2005. Selling Chrysler and Jeep cars has plus’ and minus’. I have a great product, but it doesn’t seem to get the respect that it deserves. My strong point is my repeat business.

I will revamp my web site, because I trimmed it down once I became responsible for answering all of the incomming internet contacts at Mick’s Chrysler Jeep. I hope to regain my drop ship business to other parts of the country, and I am going after the accessory business again. I am going to reinvigorate these areas while mantaiming my regular personal follow-up. I will use the following tools…

I will use SEO, and Pay For Click during key shopping opportunities.

I am seeing a larger percentage of trafic from my web log. I am going to focus there also.

I have to do this without loosing track of the walk in traffic. This year could be my first to top 200 retail sales. That is if nothing changes for the worse in the economy. Lately, it seems that you need to work harder just to stay where you were. Staying intouch is more important than ever. I expect to be on the phone continuously!

Good Selling and Happy Holidays,

Well the best advertisement is will always be word of mouth. So you need to go out there and hit those areas where you think your business is perfect for, a lot of flyers, sign where ever you can advertising where there a lot of people. I mean that’s what I’m doing, So far it’s working very well. You have to know the psychology behind your customers and have a plan before you start.

My plans are to start a Landscape Design and Home remodeling Business. That’s why I’m going back to school ultimately for a bachelors in “Construction Management”. Unfortunately my computer can’t do what I need. What will I do? Ask for all the help I can get
