Try the link below and I’m sure you will wake up on time every time.
Set your clock 10 minutes behind for when the alarm goes off then you have at least those extra 10 minutes.
Also, get up the minute you hear at least your 2 alarm clock go off. Turn on the lights right away, turn on the radio or the television to make some noise. Or just think, today will be the day I get fired!!!
You should get a SUPER loud alarm clock and set it up on the other side of your bedroom so you need to get out of bed to shut it off.
I used to need to do this, and it worked pretty well.
Once I was on my feet I was up for good most of the time.
Don’t know but when you find out please let me know!
I have been working a night job for 5 years, so i sleep all day and up all night, now i got a new job where i have to be up at 7am. I never used to go to bed till that time, so hard.!!!!
set up 3 alarms 5 minutes apart from each. like 8, 805, 810 and keep it away from your bed so u have to get up and shut it off.
if the problem is that u don’t wake up on the alarms then try this:
put the alarm clock in one of those metal buckets..it’ll make double the noise and wake u up.
but if u do wake up on alarms then just go back to sleep, help me on that if u find a solution :]
I really am going to have to put up a ’sleep’ page.
Decide what time you want/need to actually get out of bed in the morning. Count back either 6 hours or 9 hours to find your ideal time to go to bed. In-between times won’t work, and if you miss going to bed at 9 hours you will have to wait til the 6 hour time. Got it?
Obviously, once in bed, sleep. No tv, no reading, no xxx.
I try to put 2 alarms…but u said it won’t work..
some ppl tell their friends to call them & make sure that they ACTUALLY wake up…..or tell some one who is living with u to wake u up……
it always helps to wake up in a regular time….that is so helpfull…
It’s time to reset your habits chum,… if you REALLy, honestly want to get up on time in the morning,. it’s relatively simple in theory to achieve that,. but it’s harder to put it into practise; you’ll only succeed if you have the determination and the will-power.
)
My advise, (should you want it, and take heed of it), is this,..
Go to bed at the same time every night after a short ‘cooling off’ period,. make a little time last thing at night to relax,.. a short movie or a book to read,. let your mind settle down; Then,..get to bed at the same time, all the time, every time,…. this will ‘Set’ your body-clock into a nice, flowing rythm,.. you should then start to get used to waking up at the same time every morning,. alter the time you go to bed to allow for a good nights sleep whilst being able to get the time-line correct.
Bon Nuit!
Hope this (long-winded), answer helps.
get a loud alarm clock and when it goes off….get up!!!!
Set your alarms in different locations around the room so that you have to get out of bed to turn each one of them off. Set them about 10 minutes apart, so that if you go back to bed after the first one, you only have 10 minutes back in the bed before you have to get up to shut the second on off (and so on…..). Don’t put them close to the bed!
If that doesn’t work, set a loud alarm in the other room so that you have to go look for it to shut it off.
Try getting to bed earlier, too.
Where are these 3 alarm clocks? You need them on the other side of the room. If you can set music to come on, do that and set it so it comes on very loud. Choose a CD where you hate the first track on it. For me Coldplay’s Clocks would get me out of bed and searching for the stop button faster than the speed of light.
Oh and one alarm clock is best. You’ll just get more relaxed if you have 3 and forget how many you’ve switched off. Set it for the time you HAVE to be up. I always snooze my alarm as hate getting up straight away but I often end up sleeping in cos of it.
change the time on your clock to make it appear to be later than it truly is
Before you drift into sleep tell yourself “I WILL GET UP ON TIME” then that way your brain will be predisposed to the command. Next make sure all alarm clocks are set for one minute apart and OUT OF REACH. The last clock should have a note of your choice with words of incouragement, read it out loud and follow your own direction. Nothing like an early morning pep talk to yourself, it’s a real eye opener. So rise and shine, and may your days be filled with dedication.
It’s very hard to get up in the morning but I suggest that u sleep early
try smoking some pot and listening to some pink floyd, always works for me and im alert and ready to wake up the next morning for work.
You could always make yourself drink atleast 16oz (2 tall glasses) of Water before retiring for the night, your bladder will be your alarm then.
You can also make it a point to put your loudest alarm in an area of your Room that requires you to physically get out of bed to go and turn it of, and of course having moved from the bed you can just start your day then.
or you can also get a wake up call various sources most you have to pay for. Telezia is one company that offers this service http://www.telezia.com/Wakeup.asp#/
(But you have to make yourself get out of bed to answer the phone, are you able to do that or will you just let it ring?) maybe the thought that you are paying for the call might motivate you to Get Up and answer it.

Other than having someone in your home wake you up physically these are the only Ideas that I can currently come up with.
I hope that this information is helpful to you!
I would say that the multiple alarm thing is a good idea, but spread them out in your room. If you have to get out of bed and walk across the room to turn off an alarm, you are much more likely to stay up after that. Also, try to find something about your day that you’re excited about. Something at work, or maybe an activity that you can look forward to. If there is nothing to be actively excited about, make the decision to do someting that you can be excited about. Just like small children wake early on holidays due to there excitement (Christmas morning effect), you’ll find that you get out of bed much easier if you have something to look forward to. Good luck.
Get to bed earlier
Cut out caffeine
Relax before bedtime with a book so you can unwind
