Hi,
I am the B.Com graduate, seeking for an oppurtinity in BPO additionally I am carrying an knowledge of 1 1/2 Year in Accounting filed.
I have attended most of the talk as well as I miss at the back of the debility of expressing the interviewers.
Please give a little tips to know the weakeness along with examples.

be natural, truthful (so you’ll not be nervous), compose yourself. before going to interview look for your strong and weak points and be ready for specific brief answer
You have more than enough credentials for BPO feild. As it seems your are lacking in confidence. Try some of this:
1: Talk to yourself in the mirror.
2: Get some friends and have them take your mock inteview.
3: No success comes without hard work. Do some research in BPO interview questions. You will get at least a basic template on net. Find out what are your weakensses and strong points. Spend time till you think you have covered all possible questions and have the right answers. Get your answers reviewed be several people (senior and more knowlegable than you).
4: practise, practise, practise.
