I’M AN AVERAGE-SIZED TEENAGER, BUT I WANT TO GET FIT. ANY TIPS?

So it’s similar to this–I’m thirteen years aged as well as I do not ‘look’ fat or anything, though I wish to get fit as well as begin eating right, so does any one know anywhere where I could find tips for dieting/exercising for teenagers?
But not Weight Watchers since I do not wanna’ have an comment there. =]

I would suggest some cardio exercise like walking/running outside or biking. It may be too early for you to start lifting weights. As far as your diet. Just go whole grains, lots of fruits and vegetables and lean meats like chicken and fish.

Do Cardio 3 days a week for 30 minutes.
Running, Walking fast, Eliptical, Stationary Bike, Riding a regular bike, workout tapes..ect.
