The Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF is a fair investment choice. It will do only what the market does. In my opinion it’s better than not investing at all.
The VTI doesn’t include any international expsure. I believe that would be a big mistake.
I would create an “asset allocation” that meets my needs and use ETF’s and managed open ended Mutual Funds. My goal would be to beat the market.
