I was meditative about franchising around the south eastern Michigan area though I was wondering if it was value around the $300,000 investment. The site says we net distinction $272,207 though I was the bit doubtful for a little reason. Just wondered if there were any gifted JJ franchises which could give me a little advice.

Well it is a great investment in my opinion. But its really hard to say your exact profit. We have been at it for almost two years and have still not payed off the $300,000 but we are on target to start making money very soon. This is very uncommon for a Jimmy Johns however. You must be willing to shell out more that $300,000 to make a real profit (a mistake we made). You must be willing to spend alot on advertising and sampling. Keep this in mind though… Only one Jimmy John’s has ever closed due to bad Business out of the 800 something stores so you are definitely making a fairly wise investment. The people who make alot of money doing this though own usually a hand full of stores and make alot that way.
