If you mean seal coating driveways and parking lots.There are many company’s that make 60k to100k annually doing nothing else.May I suggest 2 things.(1)check out your area to see if there are that many opportunities to bid on seal coat.(2)see how much competition there is,find out what the going cost is and figure out if you can under bid present rates and go from there.The truth in it would be if the work demand is there.Hope this will help.Prosper well
