1. Check with your school to find out qualifications and restrictions for new club.
2. Get a sponsor or mentor, preferably a staff member, but possibly someone from the community such as local bank or credit union.
3. Prepare guidelines for Constitution and bylaws such as purpose of the club.
4. Community service could include anything with community kitchen, raising funds for school supplies for students who cannot afford them,preparing class presentations for younger classes in nearby schools,
5. Topics could include anything with personal finance, college programs/ careers, maintaining FICO scores etc.
