just wondering, i know there is alot of people who instruct they could deposit in genuine estate as it is the good investment market. I instruct wondering if we would deposit in the association which invests in genuine estate for you?
So similar to lets contend the association has all these listings of opposite genuine estate projects they have been starting to buy as well as we can collect from one. So may be there is 100 acres they have been starting to buy during 100,000 dollars. we would be means to deposit 1000 dollars in this skill threw this company, so realisticly we would upon 1 percent of the propety threw the company. afterwards may be in the year the association would sell the skill as well as get 200,000 for it. we would afterwards get behind 2000 dollars. 1000 for the investment as well as 1000 dollars profit.
would this be something we would do to deposit in genuine estate or we consider others would do? of march it would be the authorised house not similar to a little side business.
I am only wondering as myself would adore to deposit in realestate though dont have the money.
