The best for finance would be Wharton or the University of Chicago, but neither is in California or Florida. If you need to be there, your best bets would be Stanford (U.S. News ranks it #5 for Finance), UCLA, which is ranked #7, and Berkeley, which is ranked #9. There are no highly-ranked schools for Finance in Florida.
