2.5M won’t make high quick profit sorry.
You are wasting your time trying to turn any kind of profit with only 2.5mill. Just buy a whip and go slay. If you still feel you have too just buy things that sell for max at night like pots and runes.
If you are willing to invest it all then go to a merching clan like smoking mils or 2lum, wait for them to get a new item, they usually tell you when they are releasing a new item. Be on for the release then keep the items for a couple days and then sell it. You will usually make around .5X your money so in your case your first merch would be around 1.25m so you’d be up to 3.75 and you can keep doing that but DO NOT follow their dump dates, you will end up losing money

If you have a Fletching level of at least 70, you can spend the two mil on buying bowstings and yew longbow(u). String all the bows and sell them in the Grand Exchange for a profit. Watch the market though. Try to maximize your profit by selling when the price is higher.
