You forget all the jobs Amtrak creates and all the money, close to a trillion dollars now, that the capitalists are unwilling to let go of because of the Fed. That’s true sir. that super train will not work. It works in Europe due to the little countries and demographics, here we are too big. Why go green when our industry and Europe’s that went ot China is pollution out the ying. China does 70% of acid rain pollution as they use coal in their electrical plants. Here we ’scrub the coal and it is suppose to remove 98% of the pollutants. Se. Hillary did go over and tell them to curb pollution, but they said it is our industry that left here to escape the environmental regulations.

sad but the administration want to go green and spend billions, when we know the giant wind mills of GE are made in China and probably the rest of the stuff we will buy and that only creates more pollution. You can google this but that pollution in China kills children and the elderly. 2010 projections say 550,000 will perish due to it! japan co signed a note for 10 million with them, but you know uN or someone should step in as the stuff first hits California. nOt sure if you saw the smog during the Olympics there. Yea let’s spend billions on stuff that has a 50 year payout and maybe drops just our carbon output a point.

We must also remember that the HOUse and Senate members get billions* given to them each year from the lobbyists and SIGs and well they even employ their families so a ton of influence. They might just go for it, although GE supported Obama for pre if not mistaken.
