Umm…it it was fast, and low-risk everyone would do it.
The best guess I have, is to find someone VERY trust-worthy and loan him 20 bucks and tell him you want 30 back.

Read the book “Total Money Makeover” by Dave Ramsey. He has a lot of good info in there. If you try to make a fast profit then you may loose your money be careful.
