Porn sites make money?
Since when – all I hear is all the free stuff out there – who would buy it???
Most of the most profitable porn sites on the internet provide free videos/pictures and other multi-media free of charge. This may sound counter intuitive but it isn’t the multimedia that makes the site money, it’d the advertising space that gets rented out to other companies. The next time you are surfing one of these sites or even another site that provides free services (i.e. Facebook) look for all of the advertisements surrounding the content of the website.
If you want to invest in a website, more specifically a porn website, either contribute to the site by posting adds from your own company, or start your own website and rent out spaces to other companies.
Its tough to invest in websites these days unless you contribute serious capital directly to the owner. And that’s assuming that they are interested in selling shares of the company.
